Something to Hide: Writers & Artists Against the Surveillance State

“Something to Hide” examines the ways mass surveillance impacts free speech and artistic expression. We’ll have an all-star lineup including our own Helen Elaine Lee and ZZ Packer, as well as Academy Award winner Chris Cooper, Newbery winner Lois Lowry, Pulitzer winner Michael Rezendes (who will be portrayed by Mark Ruffalo in the upcoming Spotlight film), Andre Dubus III, Jennifer Haigh, Richard Hoffman, Marianne Leone, Claire Messud, Tom Perrotta, and more.
