Willie Donaldson Editing an On-line Edition of the Classical Music of the Highland Bagpipe

As a long-term project, Willie Donaldson is editing an on-line variorum edition of piobaireachd, (the classical music of the Highland bagpipe), citing thousands of archive documents from authentic old manuscript and printed sources, specially digitised for this edition.  About a third of the repertory, some hundred and fifty tunes have so far been included, making the edition already the largest available online.  The results may be seen at https://www.pipesdrums.com/set-tunes/
